How I can help
After a hip or knee replacement
Rehab at home in the weeks after your operation, to build strength, get you walking confidently and back to the things you enjoy.
Balance, falls and mobility
If you've had a fall, feel unsteady, or are finding it harder to get about, we'll work on strength, balance and confidence in your own surroundings.
Pain, injuries and hands
Back, neck and joint pain, everyday injuries, and specialist hand therapy for fractures, surgery and arthritis in the hand and wrist.

Your first visit
An hour-long assessment at home. We'll talk through your goals, and I'll start treatment and give you exercises.
Follow-up visits
As many or as few as you need. We'll decide together, and you can stop at any time.

No hidden extras and no charge for travel. You don't need a GP referral.
